Pascale can organise a course of 45 – 60 minute yoga classes to be held in your workplace, either late morning/lunchtime, or just after work. All that is needed is a suitable room, large enough for the number of participants.
The classes will cover various aspects of yoga, including proper breathing, relaxation, and physical movement (asanas/postures). Benefits will include:
