Pascale can organise a course of 45 – 60 minute yoga classes to be held in your workplace, either late morning/lunchtime, or just after work. All that is needed is a suitable room, large enough for the number of participants.

The classes will cover various aspects of yoga, including proper breathing, relaxation, and physical movement (asanas/postures). Benefits will include: reduced neck and shoulder tension; improved concentration/focus; increased flexibility/suppleness; increased energy; fostering a calm attitude/state of mind.
