Pascale has been practising and studying Yoga for the last decade. She has had the opportunity to train with some of the world's leading Yoga masters (such as David Swenson, Liz Lark, John Scott, Judith Hanson Lasater) and has trained to become an accredited British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Teacher. Through workshops and intensives she is continuously deepening her own knowledge and practice of Yoga. In her own words.... “This is a life long journey and I will always be a student.”

Pascale teaches from the heart and her dynamic and uplifting Vinyasa Flow classes are a creative blend of several Hatha Yoga styles, using metaphor, music, poetry and philosophy. She emphasises breath and mindfulness whilst working strongly and creatively to an edge, so the mind can let go of external distractions, the body is strengthened, energized and uplifted, and the soul is nurtured.

Her classes are diverse, challenging and inspiring with individual attention and hands-on adjustments for all levels of experience and physical health.
